Dr. Faramarz Ettehadieh
The Arena project is the idea of Dr. Faramarz Ettehadieh, whose vision has shaped our approach: creating technology that delivers both business outcomes and human impact. Born in 1948 and residing in Linz, Austria, Dr. Ettehadieh studied economics at Johannes Kepler University, where he received his diploma in 1972 and his doctorate in 1974 with research on private equity and investment companies. With over 50 years of experience in the financial sector, Dr. Ettehadieh has served on bank supervisory boards and developed deep expertise across all areas of finance, including asset management and Compliance training. With this established track record in building and leading financial institutions, we have created a platform that meets market needs while staying true to our conviction that education should be available to anyone with the talent and drive to pursue it.
Jasmin Ettehadieh, M.Sc
Working alongside Dr. Ettehadieh is Jasmin Ettehadieh, bringing valuable perspective from her educational background in Science, Technology and Society. With a master's degree in this field from London, Jasmin combines academic insight with strong business acumen through 9 years of executive leadership as managing director, driving growth and overseeing strategic operations. Her educational background shaped understanding of how technology can be leveraged for meaningful impact. Jasmin embodies the principle that technology must serve higher social purpose, believing innovation should create positive change beyond profit. As she quotes, "A bird can only fly when both wings are equally strong", a metaphor representing equal importance of material progress and social development, guiding our approach at Arena Learning Hub. Her leadership ensures the platform maintains balance between technological advancement and educational accessibility.
Mag. Stefanie Gierlinger
Mag. Stefanie Gierlinger, BSc. supports Arena Learning Hub in all legal matters and ensures stability and security. She studied Law (Mag. iur.) as well as Economics (BSc) at JKU Linz and combines legal precision with an economic focus. Her interdisciplinary approach enables practical, solution-oriented concepts. Guided by the principle of lifelong learning, she supports Arena Learning Hub's mission to make knowledge accessible and promote sustainable knowledge transfer.
Nicole Hahm
I have been part of the company for 1.5 years and bring extensive experience as an executive assistant, including ten years in hospital organizational management. Throughout all my positions, I have witnessed how important knowledge and continuous professional development are for employees and managers. The "Arena Learning Hub" supports sustainable learning and new perspectives through individually customizable content. Because as the saying goes so aptly: You never stop learning in life.
Dr. Peter Scheithauer (Advisor)
After his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, he worked for more than 30 years in the international and Austrian banking business. Several years of international experience in Germany, England, USA, and Italy. Areas of responsibility include commercial clients, foundations, private individuals, as well as problem loans/restructurings. In total, more than ten years of experience as a board member in private banks, focus on upscale private banking. Supervisory Board mandates in the areas of hotels, real estate, and corporate finance/ investment banking.

Their approach combines technical expertise with social skills and empowers students, through skills development and personnel development, to become catalysts for change in their communities while achieving personal economic independence. TwoWings’ commitment to sustainable education and gender equality
TwoWings, founded in 1996, supports sustainable education programs in developing regions with a focus on education for women, youth, and children. Their mission is rooted in the belief that society, like a bird, can only soar when both wings—men and women, material and social progress—are equally strong.
Strengthening communities and protecting the environment
Planting Hope is an initiative of the TwoWings Foundation that focuses on community development and environmental protection. They support education and tree-planting programmes in Colombia and Zambia, working to create opportunities for children, young people and women while promoting sustainable agricultural practices and environmental health.
